Positive: The apartment was cosy, clean and had everything needed for a comfy stay. The owner was responding quickly.

Negative: The apartment is on the fourth floor, no elevator, so prepare for some stair sport with the suitcases. Parking in the courtyard reserved just for the residents.

Positive: Very spacious, modern and clean apartment close to the beach and supermarkets. Extremely welcoming and helpful hosts. Enjoyed my stay here a lot more than in a hotel in Rīga!

Positive: Brand new apartment, very good value for money. New appliances, kitchen is fully stocked. Big TV with Netflix, comfortable bed, basically all that you could need and more! The owner of the property is friendly and eager to help with any questions about the property, or places to visit around Jurmala. The beach, which is about a 10-12 minute walk is not loaded with people and is cleaner than the main one located in the city center, very good if looking for a more peaceful retreat. 3 different shops near the property, a short 5 minute walk.

Negative: A bit far from the center of Jurmala, but if you have a car it’s not a big problem.

Summary: Very happy with our choice, would definetely recommend, will probably visit again next year!
